Why 3W

Why Buy Your CM Truck Bed From 3W

Plenty of places will order you a CM bed. Fewer will have it on the ground, fit it to your truck and hand the keys back the same day. 3W carries CM across every body family, so you are choosing from the whole range rather than whatever a single dealer happens to stock.

We are a destination dealer. Customers drive to us from Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Waco and East Texas because we are straight off I-45 on U.S. Hwy 84, and because the bed can usually be fitted while they wait rather than on a second trip. If you already know the model you want, call ahead with your year, make and configuration and we will confirm fitment before you set out.

Financing is available on CM truck beds and flatbeds — see truck bed financing for how it works, or look through completed projects to see the builds we have delivered.

The full range

Shop the CM Truck Bed Lineup

CM builds seven families of truck bed and body. The right one depends less on your truck than on what you do with it — whether you need enclosed storage, an open deck, locking toolboxes or a purpose-built body. Every model below is one we sell and install.

Choosing

Which CM Truck Bed Is Right for Your Truck?

Skirted vs. flat deck vs. service body

A skirted bed (SK, SK Deluxe, ER, AL SK) encloses the sides, giving you a finished look and lockable storage under the deck. A flat deck (RD, SS, AL RD, AL RS) leaves the platform open with rub rails and stake pockets, which is what you want when loads are oversized or tie-downs move around. A service body (SB, SBA, CB, CBA, CR) trades open deck for compartments — the right call if you carry tools every day rather than haul freight.

Steel or aluminum?

Steel is the default: tougher against impact, easier to repair and weld in the field, and less expensive to buy. Aluminum (ALTM, AL SK, AL ER, AL PL, AL RD, AL RS, SBA, CBA) weighs less, which gives payload back to the truck, and will not rust — worth it if you run near your GVWR, work around chemicals or fertiliser, or keep trucks a long time. If you are unsure, tell us what you haul and how long you keep trucks and we will point you at one.

Tradesman vs. work body vs. specialty

Tradesman bodies (TM, TMX, TM Deluxe, ALTM) put toolboxes down the sides of a flat deck — deck space and storage together. Work bodies (PL, PL-HD, PLS, GP) are heavier platform builds for oilfield and ag work, including gin pole. Specialty bodies are purpose-built: hot shot, dump, hay squeeze, landscape and contractor.

Fitment: what actually fits your truck

Fitment comes down to your truck's cab-to-axle (CA) measurement, whether you run single or dual rear wheels, and whether the truck is a cab-and-chassis or a pickup you are converting. You do not have to work it out alone — bring the truck by, or send us the year, make and configuration and we will confirm the exact fit before anything is ordered. You can also start from build your truck.

Pricing

CM Truck Bed Prices

What a CM truck bed costs comes down to four things: the body family you choose (a flat deck sits at the lower end, a service or crane body at the higher), the deck length and width your truck takes, whether you go steel or aluminum, and the options you add — headache rack, toolboxes, lighting, gooseneck and bumper pull hitches.

Because every bed is quoted against a specific truck, we price them per build rather than off a list. Call with your year, make and configuration and we will give you a straight number for the model you want, fitted — including what installation and any options add.

Installation

One-Day CM Bed Installation in Teague, TX

We install what we sell. In most cases a CM truck bed is fitted the same day you bring the truck in — old bed off, new bed on, wiring and lighting connected, hitches set up, truck handed back. That matters if the truck works for a living and you cannot leave it somewhere for a week.

We are at 896 U.S. Hwy 84 W. in Teague, open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm. Call ahead so we can confirm fitment and have the bed ready when you arrive — that is what turns it into a one-day job instead of two trips.

Questions

CM Truck Bed FAQs

Is 3W an authorized CM truck beds dealer?
Yes. 3W Truck Beds is an authorized CM dealer and carries models from every CM body family — skirted, flat deck, tradesman, work body, service, aluminum and specialty.
How long does installation take?
Most CM bed installations are completed in a single day. Call ahead with your truck details so we can confirm fitment and have everything ready before you arrive.
Can you install a CM bed on a truck I already own?
Yes — that is most of what we do. We remove the existing bed and fit the new one. Fitment depends on your cab-to-axle measurement and whether the truck is single or dual rear wheel, so send us the year, make and configuration first.
Should I choose a steel or aluminum CM bed?
Steel is tougher against impact, easier to repair, and costs less. Aluminum weighs less — giving payload back to the truck — and will not rust, which pays off if you run near your GVWR, work around corrosive material, or keep trucks a long time.
What is the difference between the SK and the ER?
Both are skirted beds with enclosed sides and the same towing ratings. The SK is CM's core skirted bed; the ER is the skirted hauler body, built on a longer deck for stock and equipment hauling. The difference is deck configuration, not capability.
Do you deliver outside Central Texas?
Most customers drive to us — we are on U.S. Hwy 84 minutes off I-45, roughly halfway between Dallas and Houston, and we regularly fit beds for customers from DFW, Houston, Waco and East Texas. Call us to talk through options if driving in is not practical.
Can I finance a CM truck bed?
Yes, financing is available on truck beds and flatbeds. See our financing page for how the application works.
