Sure, occasionally we’ll see a customer will have difficulty with a repair or an installation, maybe from another place, you know.

Some of the things that you can run into that you want to make sure to prevent are electrical problems. You want to make sure that all of your lights are working as designed, of course to be legal, but you want them to function as perfectly as possible.

Another thing that we see that’s pretty sensitive is the fuel issue. I’ve had customers that have had past truck bed installs and the fuel, it would never take fuel correctly and we want to do everything we can to prevent that, and we very rarely have any issues there. So we are dedicated to making sure that the lighting and the fuel work perfectly.

On top of that, the biggest part is that the equipment is installed correctly. We want it to be stable and strong and certainly be able to perform its job, you know. A lot of our customers will hook up to 25, 30, 35,000 lbs on a trailer, and we want our fab work to be just right to do the job that the customer needs, and that’s what our team is able to do.

One of the key benefits to our install team is their dedication to making sure that the fit is just right, but before we ever finalize that install, we make certain that that fit and finish is correct. Once that’s all completed and we have the bed fully installed, we never let it go without double-checking everything. We want to check the lights, we want to check the tool boxes to make sure they’re functioning correctly, the keys are there, and we do a final check on all of that before the customer takes the truck.
